Macon-Loché "Les longues terres" 2022
Mâcon-Loché
From old Chardonnay vines rooted in clay, limestone, and marl, Les Longues Terres shows the depth of southern Burgundy. Pale gold and clear, it opens with acacia, honeysuckle, vanilla, and a hint of toasted oak. The palate balances richness and freshness, carried by stone fruit and a long apricot finish. A Mâcon-Loché shaped by patience and legacy.

The Craft

- Old-vine Chardonnay (~30 years) — Certified organic. - Hand-harvested at full maturity. - Whole-cluster pneumatic pressing; two static settlings. - Fermented in French oak barrels; slow fermentation through spring. - Aged 11 months in barrel.
